Welcome to the Office of Communications! I am excited about the opportunity the Office of Communications has to serve the SGA and the entire student body. The office will do all it can to ensure that students are aware of the services and events that the SGA offers. Please let me know how I may better serve you! Roll Tide!

Job Description:

The Office of Communications will strive to provide students with the information they need to know to participate in all programs, resources, and initiatives of the Student Government Association. The Communications Director is responsible for formulating a centralized message on behalf of the SGA and ensuring that the message enhances the quality of campus life for students.

Goals:

  • To make communication among the student body, administration, and the Student Government Association more organized, professional, and effective
  • To make students more aware of the initiatives of the Student Government Association
  • To increase the visibility of the Student Government Association through professional and detailed advertising and public relations
