STUDENT JUDICIAL BOARD
The judicial arm of the SGA is made up a chief justice and several appointed associate justices. This group provides guidance on matters of SGA laws and the SGA constitution as well as panels on parking appeals and all controversies arising under the Code of Student Conduct for which a Student Judicial Board has been designated as a "Judicial Body" or an "Appellate Board" within the meaning of the Code of Student Conduct. The Student Judicial Board also has jurisdiction over all election controversies and impeachment of SGA officials.
